Clara is an inherently intimate service. As such, we are committed to ensuring the privacy of our customer’s information. The privacy policy below outlines what kind of information we collect, and how we use it.
We collect information during the signup process as well as when you include Clara on emails. This includes but is not limited to your name, e-mail address, calendar information, scheduling preferences, and emails when specifically shared with Clara. We do not store the history of any email thread on our servers, just the emails that Clara is specifically included on.
The information we collect from you may be used in one or more of the following ways:
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties, your personally identifiable information. However, we may share your information with trusted third parties who assist us in providing our service to you, as long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We also reserve the right to provide information to law enforcement authorities by our sole discretion. Furthermore, aggregate, non-personally identifiable information may be shared for marketing, advertising, or other uses.
We may share your scheduling related information with our contractors on a need-to-know basis in order to maintain our services provided that such contractors have agreed to the non-disclosure and confidentiality requirements we require of our employees.
We do not allow children under the age of 13 to use our services.
