How is a Clara subscription different from the two week trial?
You can host Clara on your Google Apps domain (@yourcompany.com). This will give Clara access to domain-wide calendars and will make it easier for Clara to schedule meetings with your colleagues. You can also customize and change Clara's email signature, so Clara looks like an employee on your team.
What happens when I subscribe?
When you become a subscribing Clara customer, you'll receive an email from us confirming your subscription. A member of our Customer Success team will reach out to help you set Clara up perfectly for your use case.
How will payment work?
The card you link to your account will be charged monthly for the plan you choose. You can also ask to get receipts sent on a monthly basis - just email email@example.com. Team pricing will vary based on the number of seats your team has and their individual usage. For more questions about the Team plan, reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org!
What payment methods do you accept?
Our payments are backed by Stripe, so you can use any major credit card, along with any others supported by Stripe.
How would I cancel my Clara account?
At any point, you can email email@example.com and a member of our Customer Success team will deactivate your Clara account. Billing will end starting with your next billing cycle.
How do I get Clara on my domain?
Once you become a subscribing customer, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to move Clara to your company's domain. If you are on the Executive Plan, you can also rename your Clara.
How does the 30-day guarantee work?
While we firmly believe that Clara will not disappoint, if you're unsatisfied within 30 days of becoming a subscribing Clara Customer, let us know at email@example.com. Someone from our Success Team will reach out and work with you. If we can't resolve the issues or concerns you're having with Clara, we'll refund you for the month.
